Creating Experiences Where People Feel They Belong

We all create experiences.

Through our websites, workshops, events, communities, programmes, conversations and the way people interact with our work online.

But sometimes, without meaning to, we create experiences that make people feel confused, excluded, overwhelmed or unsure whether they belong.

This session is an invitation to look at accessibility and inclusion not as compliance or a checklist, but as part of designing better human experiences.

Together, we’ll explore how small choices in language, structure, design, communication and environment can make it easier for more people to feel welcome, understood and able to participate.

You're Not Alone if You're Thinking...

“I care about inclusion, but I’m not sure where to start.”

“I thought accessibility was mostly about websites and technical standards.”

“I don’t want to unintentionally exclude people from my work.”

“I run workshops or communities and want people to feel safe, welcome and able to take part.”

“I want my business to be more human-centred, but I don’t want it to become complicated or overwhelming.”

This session is designed to help you think differently - with warmth, curiosity and practical examples.

Walk Away With

A broader understanding of accessibility and inclusion beyond compliance.

More awareness of how people can be unintentionally excluded from digital and in-person experiences.

Practical ideas for making your websites, workshops, communities and services feel clearer, more welcoming and easier to engage with.

A human-centred lens you can apply to the experiences you create in your own business.

This isn’t a technical accessibility training. It’s a thoughtful, practical conversation about creating experiences where more people feel seen, supported and able to belong.

Meet Coach Aga

Hello! I’m Aga - a Business Coach and Consultant with deep expertise in User Experience Design. I help coaches, creators and purpose-led experts build clearer, more human-centred online businesses. My work blends business strategy, coaching, UX design, accessibility and digital platforms.

For over a decade, I’ve helped organisations, charities, universities and global brands create accessible, impactful digital experiences. Today, I bring that experience to coaches and entrepreneurs who want to improve their websites, clarify their message and grow online without tech overwhelm. I hold master’s degrees in International Marketing and Human-Computer Interaction, giving me a strong foundation in both business strategy and user-centred design.

My goal is to help you use technology in a way that feels clear, aligned and supportive, so you can grow your business with more confidence and ease.

"Agnieszka, today I re-followed the recording of the tutorial you gave me on how to add things to the website, and I’m very pleased. I even managed to add a new category up the top ‘diabetic’. Great teaching, thank you!
